ARTWORK.

What file types do you accept for artwork?

We prefer artwork to be in one of the following formats: .AI, .EPS, or .PDF can also provide custom art options for you as well as revise an existing idea you have or art you’d like to try. *Please note: We cannot use artwork that contains logos, images, or text that is trademarked or copyrighted that you do not have permission to use.

What if I don't have a version of my artwork in the formats you accept?

Great question! No worries at all. If this is the case, we can often recreate the artwork for you, revise an existing file if it’s the right quality, or we can provide other art options. *Please note: We cannot use artwork that contains logos, images, or text that is trademarked or copyrighted that you do not have permission to use.

How long does it typically take to build an online store?

The build time for online stores can vary depending on what type of store you want, the number of products that will be in your store, and the availabilty of branding assets (logos, images, text, etc.).

A good benchmark is between one to two weeks.

How much does an online store cost?

The cost for an online store varies depending on the size of the store (number of pages, amount of content, etc.), the number of products, the length of time the store will be open, etc.
